Note to Exhibitors: Please make sure that a General Registration form is sent in for Each of the four Exhibitors attending the conference. Also, if you plan to participate in the Golf event please fill out and submit the registration form to the contact person listed. Remember to have your General Registration forms in the VASS office at least three (3) weeks before the Annual Conference. If your name is listed on the Booth Contract I still need a separate registration form from you if you are attending the conference. This makes sure you are in the various food counts for meals.
